SURGERY POLICY
Pet’s must check-in between 8am – 9:30 am
Spay, Neuter & De-Claw is done Monday – Friday, everyday. No elective surgery on Saturday
Dogs must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella vaccines.
Cats must be up to date on Rabies, Distemper & Leukemia vaccines.
If Vaccines were done at another hospital, owner must have a proof of vaccines (only hospital receipts are acceptable) at the time of check-in(no exceptions) we are not responsible for obtaining proof of vaccines, owner will be charges for vaccines.
Pets not current on vaccinations can be up dated on vaccinations at the same time of surgery.
All surgeries are on dropped of basis, no physical is done prior to surgery on any pet, unless requested and paid.
Pets scheduled for spay/neuter/de-claw on Tuesday/Thursday must also be checked-in before 9:30 am, and will not be entitled for vaccine clinic price(no exceptions)
Cat de-claws must be picked up next day before 10 am.
All pets must be picked up between 5 pm – 6:30 pm same day of surgery except cat de-claws, pets not getting picked up by 6pm, will have $50 late pick up charge, and same applies for de-claws next day(pick up time is before10 am)
Canine spay or neuter prices include pain medications to go home for 3 days. Dog owners have an option to purchase pain injection after surgery
De-claw cats stay over-night and charge for it is $12.95
