ANESTHESIA Prior to surgery, our highly trained veterinarians will place your pet under anesthesia and continue to monitor his or her vital signs throughout the procedure. After surgery, your pet will be moved to our ICU area and continue to be carefully monitored until he or she has completely recovered from sedation. PAIN MANAGEMENT To minimize your pet’s pain and discomfort, we provide pain management option for surgery. Pets over 6 years of age require mandatory blood work and pre-anesthetic exam. Prices displayed are for normal and younger pets, obese pets, high risk patients and brachycephalic breeds or unhealthy and aged pets do not qualify for above pricing. Patient with brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome(BOAS) require a pre-anesthetic evaluation and besides doing all the precautions, any anesthesia could lead to serious respiratory issues or fatality during or after procedure. |
